All guests may use resort facilities and services subject to availability and applicable rules. Mystic Lake Casino Hotel reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to any amenity or service without notice if it reasonably believes such action is necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, maintenance requirements, or health and safety concerns.
6. CLUB M LOYALTY PROGRAM
By participating in Club M, you agree to provide accurate information about your identity, loyalty status, and gaming activity. Mystic Lake Casino Hotel may monitor and audit all activities under this program. Your participation is subject to the terms of our Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions as posted on the website.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC), Minnesota, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through tribal courts or state courts as designated by SMSC's governing bodies.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Mystic Lake Casino Hotel may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Your continued use of our facilities or services indicates your acceptance of the new terms in place at that time.
